Ladies and gentlemen, the 6th servant and his master!

Yowane Haku was a depressed woman. She was a member of a family of Magi with a long history, much like most Magi families do. She herself was not that remarkable. Sure, she was damn sexy but her extremely passive and shy behaviour was a bit off putting. Not to mention the fact that her insomnia caused lack of sleep gives her dark rings under her eyes.

Then one day, her father announced that she was to be wed with a handsome man from another Magi family. She was apprehensive at first, but then she met the her fiance. And he was gorgeous. Something that he said she thought of her too.

They spent a lot of time with each other, talking and joking around, until it was finally the day of the wedding.
Then she caught him in the middle of 'something' with another woman.

Apparently, he was a playboy who uses his connections to get betrothed to a beautiful woman with a successful Magi family in order to learn their secrets. Once he was done, he would leave suddenly and never return.

She was enraged by this discovery and she stormed off. Hours later, her family found her drunk as hell at home. She was crying and swearing and her dress was in tatters. After that, she had withdrawn herself completely, never leaving her room.

Then one day, her father told her about the Grail War.
She was not that great a magus, her family's magic focusing mainly on manipulating water as a tool, not a weapon. However, by summoning a servant and winning this war, she could have her greatest desire given to her.

To have someone to love and be loved by unconditionally. Forever.

Unsurprisingly, she fell for her servant the moment she summoned him.

Lancer's really do have bad luck with women.
